如题，近期以来plex公网访问卡得根本没法用。3月开的终生会员，请问可以退吗，如何申请？谢谢！

不超过八个月好像都能退

无奈，我已经弄了个jellyfin先顶着用。哎，这玩意对新手来说也是一堆头痛问题，播放真没有plex方便好用，刮削也不行，要靠tinymm辅助。一切都弄好之后，plex kodi又可以用了，plex客户端进入卡几分钟，总算都能用。

Looking at yourPlex account, though, the purchase was made more than five months ago and we're unable to offer a refund, apologies.
