GitHub Mobile 绑定账号不需要扫码的，右下角「个人资料」登录之后就是绑定状态了。

你那个扫码应该是绑定 2FA 身份验证器（比如 Google Authenticator / Microsoft Authenticator / 1Password ）才需要用到的，它们不是用在 GitHub Mobile 中的。你登录时选择使用 GitHub Mobile 验证，在 GitHub 的「主页」界面会自动弹出验证窗口
