I received a notification about the processing of my refund request (Service Request Number: 7044145787), but I noticed that my refund request was denied. I have some questions about this.
The game I purchased has not been downloaded and played, and I would like to be able to request a refund due to a mistake I made my purchase. I don't understand why the refund request was denied, if there could be a mistake or other issue that resulted in the wrong result.
I sincerely hope that your team will re-examine my refund request and consider granting my refund request. I'm sure I haven't violated any refund policies and that I haven't used the game I purchased.
