今天手欠在xbox上买了法环dlc，想退款但是被拒，订单被锁了，怎么办

主要是我在淘宝已经买了一个，然后手欠点了，结果扣钱了

要是没办法就淘宝退款吧

早上写了邮件，应该是时差原因，晚上给我发了邮件，说是五个工作日内可以，看看到下周能不能拿到

找客服申诉吧
