Chrome://gpu页面显示已启用硬件加速，但是播放视频就是没法硬解。
Firefox可以。
第三方编译的chromium，thorium可以。
edge也不行。

试试添加以下参数--enable-features=PlatformHEVCEncoderSupport --enable-features=VaapiVideoDecodeLinuxGL,VaapiVideoEncodeLinuxGL，如果使用的是硬件解码，那么解码器名字应该是 "VaapiVideoDecoder" 而不是"FFmpegVideoDecoder"(软解）
