……吗?
Begin at the beginning and go till you come to the end, then stop。

GroundJim says:
What is OYSTERCLOUD?
Sep. 10, 2010 | 10:57 PM ImpendingRiot responds:
Oystercloud is a scientific program funded and organized by The Queen. The lead scientist, Dr. Raymond Burr, was in charge of its operation.
In Alice is Dead Episode 2 if you type Oystercloud in to the computer terminal, you can read a log written by... Dr. Raymond Burr.
The log says:
"Project OYSTERCLOUD was developed at the request of *****. The project aims to merge our world with ABOVE. The first OYSTERCLOUD test was on June 13th, 193 but was a failure. We tried again July 2nd, 1937. The test results remain inconclusive. My research continues to look promising but I worry he may find me before I have time to finish it..."
At the end of 2 you hit a button and it starts to rain fish. Why? ьecause you activated Oystercloud. The fish were from the world "above", our world. Who was coming for Dr. Burr? Whoever it was killed him, since you find hiѕ body in Alice is Dead Episode 3. Why would he be killed? Because once Oystercloud worked The Queen would have no more use for him. The Queen had Burr killed once the research was complete.
In Alice is Dead episode 3, you can gain access to "test videos" of the development of Oystercloud. In the logs, you hear Burr recording the results. The intentions were to transport thingѕ back and forth between worlds. He was using cats as test subjects. However something went wrong, and his daughter meddled with one of the experiments. She possibly merged with one of the test cats. Thus, the Cheshire Cat was made. This is why in Episode 2, the Cheshire Cat tells you to type "OYSTERCLOUD". The Cheshire Cat WANTS you to know what happened. Also, in Episode 3, if you read the journal you can see that the rabbit had befriended the little girl prior to the accident. This is another reason the Cheshire Cat would want to help The Rabbit. The text messages from "Unknown" are from the Cheshire Cat. She refers to her Daddy, aka Burr.

how is alice not dead?
Sep. 10, 2010 | 11:05 PM ImpendingRiot responds:
Alice was an assassin. You learn this in 1, when she has a note that says kill the rabbit. This is further supported in 2, with her having the shotgun and what not. And it is cemented in 3, with the Rabbit's journal and his description of how he worked with her. Therefore, the outfit she was originally in was a disguise. She just put her outfit and blond wig on a body. She wouldn't just dress as her self on a mission. When she fell in the hole, she wasn't killed. When she awoke, she saw an opportunity to get revenge against The Rabbit and The Queen. The Queen took care of The Rabbit for her, so she took care of The Queen.
We don't say who the body that Alice swapped clothing with belonged to, but I will say for the record it was one of the Wonderland ****** officers, similar to the ones that are found in Alice is Dead Episode 2 in the jail. If you recall, The Rabbit is knocked out at the beginning of episode 2 by a wonderland guard. Therefore, it is safe to assume that multiple Wonderland Guards were in the area. One probably went to confirm that Alice was truly dead, at which point she killed the guard and then swapped clothing.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ok, some answers eluded me in the finale.
Such as, what happened to the "Cheser-Cat" that we saw the silhouette and at the end of the credits A is D2?
Just what was Dr.Burr trying to find out with his experiments?
How did the Rabbit end up in the hole in A in D after supposedly killing Alice?
What happens to WonderLand now that OYSTERCLOUD haѕ been activated, seemingly altering reality itself?
Sep. 10, 2010 | 11:11 PM ImpendingRiot responds:
Well, the Cheshire Cat's motivation was to get revenge against The Queen, both for the cruel experiments The Queen allowed Burr to continue, and for The Queen killing Burr. If you read about, The Cheshire cat is a result of the botched experiment that Dr. Burr's daughter interfered with. It is tough to say who is in control of the Cheshire Cat's actions, the cat or the girl. Both would have motivation to show The Rabbit what was going on in the testing facility. Both would want The Queen dealt with.
Read the section above about Oystercloud for an explanation of what Burr's experiments were trying to achieve. He was trying to transport the cats to the "Above" and get them back.
The Rabbit has a memory problem unrelated to being hit on the back of the head by the guards. This is first hinted at in Episode 1, it is why the mirror was left in the briefcase. In 3, we learn that thiѕ briefcase belonged to him and the mirror was simply a gift from Alice. It represented him not forgetting who he was. The Rabbit could have had an episode after the battle with Alice.

Who is Mary Ann (IE who is she related to in the actual Alice and Wonderland Stories and what role if any does she play in the previous games) and what significance does she have to the rabbit?
Sep. 10, 2010 | 11:17 PM ImpendingRiot responds:
In the book, Mary Ann was the Rabbit's housemaid. In the book, the Rabbit accidentally mistakes Mary Ann for The Rabbit.
Mary Ann assisted the Hatter with his escape in 2, although this isn't really touched on. But in the journal of 3, it shows she escaped from prison before, so she could likely help someone else do it again.
She was a part of the assassination organization that The Mad Hatter ran. This was first referenced in 2, both with the Newspaper account of people The Hatter had killed, and the fact that the Hatter refers to The Rabbit as his old friend.
In 3, the journal describes how she was demoted for getting arrested. Her original job was running and organizing hits. This skill explains how she was able to sneak a weapon in to the club.
in episode 2 there was a newspaper article talking about the hatter's madnesѕ, but in episode 3 it turns out he's your boss. so like was it he was working for the queen the whole time? and if so why did he want the queen dead?
Sep. 10, 2010 | 11:25 PM ImpendingRiot responds:
At first The Hatter WAS working for The Queen. His job was to clean up all evidence of Oystercloud, by taking down the key scientists and anyone who knew about it. When The Hatter was arrested, he understood that he too was going to be killed hence he would want revenge on The Queen.

Sep. 10, 2010 | 11:30 PM Braddly says:
why did the rabbit have to die can you bring him back asa reincarnation please bring him back :(
Sep. 10, 2010 | 11:32 PM ImpendingRiot responds:
He had a terrible memory condition and he did some terrible things. It was probably a relief for him at that point. Who knows, maybe he saw Alice at the last moment.
so, what did Burr's daughter did with her father experiment?
who wanted alice and the rabbit dead?
where can i see the story about the Cheshire cat?
Sep. 10, 2010 | 11:45 PM ImpendingRiot responds:
Well, she was just a little girl. Cats are probably interesting and super cute to her. She wandered in the lab and tried playing with one right at the moment of the experiment.
The Queen wanted Alice and the Rabbit dead.
Refer to the previous questions about Oystercloud for an explanation of the Cheshire Cat.
Okay now I have a real question.
What is Alice and the Rabbit's relationship? I mean past the fact they worked together. Where they friends? Or was it all business related?
Sep. 10, 2010 | 11:52 PM ImpendingRiot responds:
They were friends, yeah. Alice did several things that showed she cared for The Rabbit, such as getting him a journal to help him cope with his memory problem.
In episode 1, the writing on the wall was her effort to remind the rabbit of who he was and how she had helped him before. The crazy writings on the wall were intended to throw off anyone who found the message that wasn't suppose to see it - only the rabbit would understand the numbers to be his briefcase.
BobyB64 says:
Ok, one more question. Why do we always have a bell and why can't we recycle it like that number tells us we can?
Sep. 11, 2010 | 12:06 AM ImpendingRiot responds:
The bell is several things. For one, it's a running gag. The fact the rabbit gets stuck with a useless item in each game is just kind of funny.

But beyond that, it kind of represents attachment to the rabbit. He does nothing but kill, at most times he's an extension of The Hatter and The Queen's wishes. The bell is an attachment to something that has no function or purpose, it's just appreciation for what it is. It's sort of his humanity, in a very weird way.
The third result of the bell is, it is possibly what triggered the metal detector in the club and alerted The Queen that The Rabbit was there. An "attachment" got The Rabbit killed.
The Rabbit probably could recycle it, if he ever got any down time
RikBardoon says:
I suspect I know the answer, but...
Is there an alternative ending to be found? In fact, I'm not sure if I missed the whole thing with the Cheshire cat, because I never actually saw the cat myself. Also, what was with the journal having the key to opening the briefcase? I never found the briefcase anywhere. Same with the Bruno part. Rabbit recognized the song, and I got a text, but I don't understand the significance. Are there secrets to be uncovered still?
Sep. 11, 2010 | 12:27 AM ImpendingRiot responds:
There is no alternate ending.
The journal has the key to opening the briefcase. The briefcase is from the first game. The rabbit wrote it down because of his memory problems and he knew he would forget it(which he did). There is no actual briefcase in the third game.
The song is in the first game
HellblazerZero says:
So... The rabbit is dead now, and he died in a way that "fits him". right?... Come on! He was a professional assassin! He never saw that coming? He had a gun already and he probably knew he was gonna face danger ahead! >__<. That's what I want to know: Why The Rabbit died so suddenly if he was some kind of "pro" in what he did?
Sep. 11, 2010 | 2:36 AM ImpendingRiot responds:
He was warned too, before going in the elevator. Maybe he even expected it.
