china tour & los angeles show...
dustin o'halloran and i started playing music together as devics in the early 90's. we released 5 cd's & a handful of ep's and toured all over the world. we were joined by various musicians on tour and in the studio to make music that we loved playing. devics haven't played together in a very long time as dustin and i have both been busy working on our solo music. dustin has been living in berlin for the last few years and i have been in los angeles. what started as a break to work on solo stuff lasted and seemed to settle in. we still talk about making more music together but i don't know in reality when that will happen... maybe someday.
meanwhile, we were invited to do some shows in china! we were so excited at the chance to play together and get to go to such an amazing place so we said yes. and while we are all rehearsing in los angeles and getting ready for the trip we decided to do a warm up show here too... why not!
for these shows we have the same devics line-up from when we last toured with the exception of francesco who is an amazing drummer from italy and our dear friend.
