问题来了，witch 从句前面的“ from ”能省略吗？如不，为什么？ 这种 介词+ which/that 组合 有更多例句吗？
或者“ from witch….” 直接改为“ that doesn't allow withdraws until you are 60 years old ” 这样可以吗？

You cannot withdraw money account. 不加from就相当于是这样的，你觉得对吗？
which指代的就是account。
你这么改没问题，也更符合汉语的思维模式。但是原句也没毛病。
我觉得这个句子的问题在于称谓不一致。前面是建议我开户，后面也是我不知道xxx，结果账户这里怎么就变成六十岁前“你”不能取钱了？

个人感觉原句就是错的，应该是 the teller recommended that I open a pension account which you cannot withdraw money from...。原句翻译是从一个不能取钱的地方开账户，而意思明显应该是不能从中取钱的账户。
