Ready Posture - CLOSED READY STANCE B1. Move the left foot to B forming a right L-stance toward B while executing a middle block to B with the left reverse knife-hand.2. Execute a low side front snap kick to B with the left foot, keeping the position of the hands as they were in 1.3. Lower the left foot to B and then move the right foot to B forming a left rear foot stance toward B while executing an upward block with a right palm.4. Move the right foot to A forming a left L-stance toward A, at the same time executing a middle block to A with a right reverse knife-hand.5. Execute a low side front snap kick to A with the right foot, keeping the position of the hands as they were in 4.6. Twist the left fist counter clockwise until the back fist faces downward, at the same time forming a left walking stance toward E, slipping the left foot to E.16. Execute a high punch to E with the right fist while maintaining a left walking stance toward E. Perform 15 and 16 in a fast motion.17. Bring the left foot to the right foot and then move the right foot to F, forming a left L-stance toward F while executing a high side strike to F with a right back fist.18. Twist the right fist clockwise until the back fist faces downward, at the same time forming a right walking stance toward F, slipping the right foot to F.19. 再附上分步图片。有点小疑问就是14步和17步.说明里写的是high side strike ——我们也是这么教的,拳背打高段,也就是打脸。这张广为流传的图片上标注的是mid side back fist,打中段。我就晕乎了。不知道套路是不是修改过。

平行近立准备式(CLOSED READY STANCE)1、左脚移动向B,三七步(L-stance) ,同时中段左手反手刀(left reverse knife-hand)。 2、左脚低段前踢(low side front snap kick),手保持上一步动作。 3、左脚落回B,右脚向B,右rear foot stance(后屈立式?后马步式?后腿立?这个动作中文叫什么呢?),右手托掌格挡(不好意思,我乱起的名字)。4、右脚移向A,左三七步,同时中段右手反手刀。 5、右脚低段前踢,手部动作保持跟上一步相同。 6、右脚落回,左脚向前,左rear foot stance,左手托掌格挡。7、左脚移到D,右三七步,中段双手刀。 8、右肘高段肘击(upper elbow strike),由右三七步变为左弓步(walking stance。就是原地挪一下),左脚向D方向。 9、右脚向前,左三七步,中段双手刀(mid guarding knife-hand block )。 10、左肘高段肘击,三七变为弓步。11、左脚向前一步右弓步变为左弓步,同时高段双直拳(high vertical twin fist punch)。12、右脚向前一步左弓步变成右弓步,一个upset twin fist punch(双翻拳?翻双拳?)。越讲越糊涂没有?未完待续。

13、(右脚回移半步)转身(从左侧转),右脚顺CD线,成左弓步,同时双拳交叉上格挡。14、左脚移到E,右三七步,同时左高段反背拳。(向左转,三七步,左拳背打脸)翻译真麻烦,ABCDEF的,不如我自己说了。 ~~15、左脚挪动变为左弓步,左拳背下压(拳心向上)。16、保持弓步,右直拳打头。(15、16是连贯快速动作)17、左脚收回,右脚向F迈左三七步,同时右拳背打高段。18、左三七变为右弓步,右拳背下压,拳心向上。19、弓步,左直拳打头。(18、19是快速连贯动作)20、右脚收回,左脚向C走左弓步 ,同时高段左双前臂挡。21、左中段侧拳,同时右三七步(左脚移动)。22、右脚向C方向中段侧踢。23、落地右弓步,高段右双前臂挡。24、右中段侧拳,同时左三七步(右脚移动)。25、左脚向C方向中段侧踢。26、落地右三七步,左单拳中段前臂挡身(middle forearm guarding block)。27、右掌下压格挡,左脚向C成为left low stance。慢动作。28、右脚向C左三七步,右单拳中段前臂挡身(middle forearm guarding block)。29、左掌下压格挡,右脚向C成为right low stance。慢动作。30、收左脚,向A方向平行近立式,右拳肩膀同高angle punch。慢动作。31、右脚向A迈出,成为右fixed stance(后三七步?就是五五分那个),向A方向U型格挡(左臂上右臂下)。32、收右脚,左脚向B迈fixed stance,同时向B方向U型格挡(右臂上左臂下)。喊:Joong-gun!结束:收左脚,回到平行近立式。. 注*左三七步身体面向左,右腿前左腿后。右三七步身体向右,左腿前右腿后。弓步反着。左弓步左腿前右腿后。右弓步右腿前左腿后。

我觉得fixed stance,大意是指一个阶段尾声的动作,就是“亮相”。

我以前总把侧冲拳的步法当成fixed stance或者sitting stance,后来被纠正才知道是三七步。另外,谁知道14和17步到底是攻击中段还是上段的呀?
