目前媒体流传的TPP计算方式是错的。和显存位宽无关。算力要按理论最大值算，如果有多种位宽（TF32 FP16 FP8 ...）按最大的一种计算。

performance’ of 4800 or more, see license exception NAC.
根据注释2，如果判定RTX为非AI算力的产品，就能享受豁免。
所以还得看黄皮衣能不能把美国BIS伺候舒服了~
