github里面nemoguardrails项目 运行起来总是报错说是error communicating with openai

网络问题，建议常开魔法，或者考虑临时在各大云厂商搞一台境外 VM 泡一下试试。

@Dragon1573 魔法是开的 这个应该没问题 而且这个项目需要连接openai 但是我的 api key也能用 上面连接却说error communicating with openai 不知道错误出在
