所谓软解和硬解，本质上就是播放器是否能够使用开源库，比如以前的X.264编码等，比如MADVR等，大量的存在于免费播放器上。
至于INFUSE这种交了大笔LICENSE费用的正规军，既然钱都交了，当然无需搞什么软解。
不过话说回来，软硬解也并不是简单的优劣之分，完全是硬件过剩才能催生出的产物。无需纠结。

INFUSE不同阶段会配合TVOS及苹果的芯片做不同的开发，不过基本上常规的编码都是硬解的。也有一些小众格式是软解以保证兼容性的。
INFUSE 5:
Infuse supports HW decoding of most any h.264 based videos, on both iOS and (as of Infuse 5.3) tvOS.
Other formats will use SW decoding, though Infuse is finely tuned to play these as efficiently as possible.
Proper support for HEVC (h.265) is still in progress, and we hope to have more news available soon.
INFUSE 7:
One of the best things about Infuse 7 is its support for 4K (Ultra-HD) HDR video playback. In addition, it delivered efficient hardware decoding and allowed us to download subtitles. Surprisingly, this video player worked smoothly and seamlessly even when playing videos from different sources.

iPhone13看电影，拉一下就能卡好几秒，看进度条都是加载完成了的
@丫不抽谁抽 涉及因素比较多，不好说了，也可能是网络，也可能是重新UPSCALE的卡顿等等，也可能是IPHONE13的芯片并没有内置4K UHD的CODEC需要转码？试试存到手机上看看。目前我的阿里云70G原盘走ATV很流畅。
