【20230418】nastool升级版本，无法使用功能

之前安装的2.9.1版本nastool，配合jellyfin和TM，再加上我唯一的pt丐帮小站，玩的还很嗨皮。
今天不知道为啥nastool不行了，鼓捣一晚上，没办法只好安装了新版3.0以上的最新的nastool，我之前倒是知道需要pt认证，原以为丐帮也行的。可是这版nastool只能用下面几个pt站才能认证，我真是晕了。

不知道哪位大哥提示一下有没有好办法？
