[Edit: FIXED] The culprit was a wifi Extender that messed up my networks DHCP. As soon as I got it unplugged, I had perfectly working internet, and -4ms ping with the game servers.
What follows may fix other kind of problems, but was not the answer in my case:
This bugged me for months, and I tried mostly everything. What worked for me (after my ISPs techs suggestion) was disabling Windows fast startup. Apparently the PC just hibernates instead of shutting down, and messes up the dhcp configuration or something when it wakes up, claiming an IP that isn't always exactly assigned to it. It's not specific to the COD, but trying to join a lobby almost always triggers the disconnections havoc.
