Well, that's quite a philosophical topic calls for debates. And it is near impossible to give a through explanation of such topic without discussing the idea of “morality”. I don't have time today hehehe. Going to bed in a few min. To be brief, there are no "right" or "wrong", "good" or "evil". Rather, we categorize those benefit us, provide pleasures to our lives as being “good”. Yet how do you define what is truly beneficial and the meaning of pleasurable? As for “right” and “wrong”, it is something we generally accept alongside our cultural belief, again there is no one to say if those beliefs are truly “right”. And what is belief? Well, in the best circumstances, a belief is true if and only if it is justified and believed by its followers.A little question to dwell on before I go, think of a cultural where a young lady’s virginity is such a heavenly quality and any girl who looses it is stoned to death. Now, they may have a justified reason for such belief, and everyone in the culture believes it. Another culture sees this as ridiculous, and monstrous. Out of the two which is right or wrong?

No. I don't believe anyone is born evil. Yet selfishness is in all living creature's nature. Selfish =/= evil. Evil is something we obtained later on in life.
