求救高手,怎么才能破除60FPS的限制?

2800+,6600GT,512M的机子,800*600,noAA,noAF,FPS总是在59-60无法突破,怎么才能调高哦? 万急求救中!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
