笔记本5800H+140W3070，用的是MPC-HC+自带的LAV+MadVR+SVP4Pro。

SVP补帧补到了50帧，显卡占用始终不超70%。
MadVR按吧里加精教程设置的。
NGU meedium+SSIM 2D 100% LL AR(relaxed)+NGU【luma doubling （high）】。
smooth motion没开。
但是dropped frames一直慢掉帧，5帧左右的累计。
madvr设置再高点，掉帧更严重20-30。GPU占用就是上不去。
系统和英伟达控制中心全都设置了高性能。

截图渲染部分没问题，可能是插帧没跟。

插电，开独显直连

我也遇到类似的问题，GPU占用低，但掉帧很厉害。但播放其它同等画面大小的视频不会。

可以试试在电脑设置里——系统——显示那里把potplayer添加到GPU加速的高性能模式，我试了这招，GPU性能从先前的不足5%直接升到27%甚至更高，也确实不卡顿了。先前全屏都卡顿。

把插帧关掉就行了
