Daughtry, which is scheduled to play Nashville's Bridgestone Arena this Sunday, has set aside sections of the arena where tickets will be just $10 (plus service charges). The sale price of each of those tickets will be donated to the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee to aid with flood relief in the area. And if that wasn't enough to get the town out, the band will be joined onstage by Kelly Clarkson and Three Doors Down singer Brad Arnold.
"The decision to transform the show into a benefit for Music City was an easy one," Chris Daughtry said Wednesday in a statement. "I couldn't believe it when I read the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Grand Ole Opry had been hit by the floods. We hope this concert helps rebuild this great city, and also reminds people all across the country that Nashville still needs our help."
