steam上开了一个号，switch也开了个号，想转移的时候说本机已有一个存档不能转移

我PS4也因为开了个档现在没办法把我konami帐号的存档转过去了，很难不fxxk konami

我steam一个号玩了一个下午，钻石霍霍了，用另一个号登陆玩就会卡在downloading的0%不动，右下角还是一直connect，但切回第一个号又能玩了，现在想完全重开一个号咋搞

我也想知道，我什么方法都试了，好像删不了

假如你在ps4玩了一会，想继承这个存档到steam，那就必须现在ps4绑定科乐美ID，然后steam登录时右下角点存档继承，不能直接登录，不然默认你steam也有个存档了，我就是这么被坑的，换个新steam号应该可以解决这个问题，不过我懒得换
