redis出错求教

刚开始跑redis啥也不懂，默认启动没有设置log，退出redis的时候报错 error try to save the db，导致无法退出，用ps看不到进程但是启动server又提示端口被占用了，切换到其他tty可以用客户端连上去，但是无法shutdown，请问这是怎么回事啊，怎么把server停掉或者重启？
