最新一般更新后开始各种崩溃和闪退，显卡更新，重装，驱动更新都试过了都没啥用，然后看见了国外网友的方法如下已经完美运行了两天无崩溃。
注意不是调整在游戏内的设置，而是调显卡驱动对应的设置（通常情况下桌面右键进入显卡设置）,这是N卡的调整方式，A卡应该是一样的逻辑。
Ego Dumper Crash Fix
Ego Dumper Error is another one of the errors that F1 2021 PC players are experiencing. To fix this error, open Nvidia Control Panel > Manage 3D Settings > Program Settings > Select the game and make the following changes.
Image Sharpening – Off
Low Latency Mode – Off
Power Management – Prefer Maximum Performance
Texture filtering – Quality – Performance
Threaded Optimization – On
Apply these changes and the F1 2021 Ego Dumper error will now be fixed.
