网上查了攻略 安装vmware tool 我也安装成功了 最后出现一段文字

Log out and log back 是什么意思啊 注销重启吗？我做了依然不能复制粘贴
最后一步 重启x session是干什么的？按照网上的提示输入sudo startx后 显示黑屏2s后自动退出了
究竟怎样才能实现主os和虚拟机之间复制粘贴啊？
