mycloudex2ultra为什么更新固件后 没有了激活码选项？ 没有了这个选项手机怎么连接。。。。。。。。

手机直接用Email登陆以后就可以连接了呀，我是11月8日才开始购买使用的，直接就是OS 5 ，我就是直接登陆的

去管理面板-云访问里重新注册账号连接

局域网访问:
How to upload files to your My Cloud from your computerOnce you’ve physically connected your My Cloud device, use the following steps to access the Public network shared folder.
To upload a file:
Windows:
Open the Windows File Explorer
From the side menu, select Network
Or, you can also type in \\devicename (e.g \\mycloudex2ultra) or the My Cloud device’s IP address to the address bar
Double-click the My Cloud device and login with your local user account
Locate the device’s Public shared folder
Double click the Public shared folder
You can now drag and drop files into (and from) the Public shared folder
Mac OS X:
Open the Finder window
From the side menu, under Locations, select Network
Double-click the My Cloud device and login with your local user account
Locate the device’s Public shared folder
Double click the Public shared folder
You can now drag and drop files into (and from) the Public shared folder
