用起来咋样 会不会有明显失衡的地方
Simply makes every faction real stronk potential wise.
Example:
Vanilla Cao Cao has 60 base potential and a random bonus between 0-40, but minor factions had a potential of perhaps 10.
In this mod everyone has a base potential of 80 with a random bonus between 0-60.
