第八题 AC的被动语态 咋看出来的？

我喜欢狗，我可以主动喜欢狗，i like dogs. I是主语，like是我主动发出的。
狗被我喜欢，dogs are liked by me. dogs是主语，狗被我喜欢。
被动：be+动词的过去分词。 忘了说了，是不是AC答案的decide都少敲了一个字母“d”？呵呵。
have been decied, 是已经被决定。这句话是他们决定建新医院。他们和医院的关系是主动，如果新医院作主语，才用被动。明白没？呵呵

单单ed可不表示被动。
有些动词的过去式和过去分词都是以ed结尾的呢，只有ed可不行，必须还有系动词be;另外，有好多动词的过去分词不是以ed结尾，比如：draw-drew-drawn   好多呢，关键是：系动词be+动词的过去分词
