知道吧里大神多，有在市场管理局上班的吗？本人开店去办营业执照，办理时被告知没有房产证无法办理，但是我租房子的那一排店都没有房产证也都办下来了，我们租的都是同一家的房子，怎么到我去就是政策变了呢？房子是公家的老房子，确实没有房产证
