此次以未参加韩国1月31日FM的正式会员们为对象进行物品配送。
符合以上条件的正式会员们请于2010年3月19日 pm7时，在FANBOARD的公告中按照下列格式使用保密方式留言即可。
不知道有没有和我一样小白的官网会员。。。
我是看第一遍的时候。。。以为是2010年3月19日 pm7时开始发邮件。。。后来看了一下英文版的。。。看见了个before。。。也就是说。。。
大家不要和我一样是NC。。。现在就该跟帖留言去了。。。截止时间是2010年3月19日晚上7点。。。我闪。。。

是19号之前吗?
看目前公告的中文版,意思是19号晚七点左右开贴,然后大家跟贴回复吧,偶是这么认为的...到底哪个是对的啊?

Since we expect some change of address and contact number since the application of your membership, please give us the correct information according to the format given for prompt delivery.

If some of you share an address or want to get the goods at one place, please tell us your information in one comment like this:

The goods will not be sent to:
1.     Members who got the official goods at Seoul fan meeting.
2.     Members who got the official goods with MD goods they ordered.
3.     Members who lost the official goods.
We are not re-issuing membership cards to those who lost them right now. We will announce about re-issuing them when there comes time for it.
