我在/etc/sysctl.conf里写入fs.file-max=xxx，这种方式在debian10下无效，网上搜出来都说这样弄，可不生效，有高手知道怎么改才能生效吗？

朋友是想解决资源限制ulimit吗？印象里是修改/etc/security/limits.conf文件的：
* soft nofile 32767 #*表示设置对所有用户有效；soft表示超过设定值警告， hard则表示不允许超过设定值；nofile代表可以打开的最大文件数量，nproc则代表用户可以打开的最多程序数量
* hard nofile 65535
* soft nproc 32767
* hard nproc 65535
root soft nofile 32767 #以上设置对root用户无效，需要单独设置
root hard nofile 65535
root soft nproc 32767
root hard nproc 65535
