youtube有他生前单手破冰的视频，感觉这货打击力很大。 在美国也算是祖师级功夫大师的，不过这人好像挺低调，综合实力而言和李小龙是一个级别的吧。此人学过冲绳功夫与中国功夫，在是美国排龙流派功夫的创始人。
如果参考李小龙实战能力可以参考这位大师的实力。

To train the body and not the mind would leave a void most needed to achieve the status of WARRIOR. Among animals, the survival of the fittest is law.
