复氧实验，我的n＝5，审稿人提问n＝5是建了五次模型，还是一批模型重复了5次或者是，一批模型重复一两次，想问问各位大佬，如果n＝5，正规要求应该是怎么样，跪求各位大佬解答！
审稿人意见：Thereis a total lack of crucial methodological issues that have to be reported, suchas:the authors state n=5, please be explicit, was this 5 different cardiac cellisolations? Or repeat from 1 or 2 separate cell isolations only.
