如果已经提交的稿件被另一家杂志拒绝，应当声明，并附上个人回顾与手稿一并提交。
个人认为他们的水平还达不到恰好让一篇文章恰好被同一个专家读到，就算读到了，顶多那个专家抱怨怎么又来一遍，又不算一稿多投，我看最差情况也就退稿了。

一稿多投，最坏后果是终身被该杂志禁稿。千万不要随便破坏游戏规则。
