按esc 单独做一个宏
做好之后拉到技能栏点击一下，测试是否生效：
到野外返回角色界面，如果没有弹出20S的倒计时，就是生效了。
不成功的话 多点击几次 ！
这样挂机睡觉都不会掉线！
PS:大退在上线宏就会失效，需要的时候在点击就行！
