有视频，确定守门员脱手，但在小禁区内守门员有绝对的权力，只要守门员做出扑救的动作，就视为守门员拿住球了。而且守门员已经倒在地上，十分值得同情。判罚巴坎布在情理之中。如果参照杨帆红牌的执法尺度，给巴坎布红牌也不为过。

守门员在小禁区有绝对权利没错，但是有扑救动作就算拿到球？这是哪的规定？都这样还提什么劲？只要不是双手抱住，都不算完全控制住，包括你单手拍球的时候，只要你脚快，断下来都算

IFAB的the Laws of the Game 2018/19版本上，规则12章 犯规与不正当行为中对如何解释守门员控球有明确的解释。
• the ball is between the hands or between the hand and any surface (e.g. ground, own body) or by touching it with any part of the hands or arms except if the ball rebounds from the goalkeeper or the goalkeeper has made a save
• holding the ball in the outstretched open hand
• bouncing it on the ground or throwing it in the air

那按你的理解，这球是犯规还是好球？你发的这个有写到“除非从守门员处反弹或已做出扑救”没错吧。要聊规则你应该发中文版，中国足协翻译的才是最权威的，也是中超适用的。都什么年代了，整点英文就觉得自己档次高怎么的？

@小优优是冠军 最后，可以上百度翻译啊 球在两手之间或手与任何表面（如地面、自己的身体）之间，或用手或手臂的任何部分接触球，除非球从守门员处反弹或守门员已作出扑救
