Westlife break silence on the future of their concerts
Westlife's Shane Filan has spoken out about the future of their concerts in Ireland and the UK.
The Sligo man said that he and the lads are extremely disappointed to have postponed the gigs- including the one in Cork's Páirc Uí Chaoimh- but he said that postponement will make it even more special when they finally take to the stage. Whenever it will be.

Shane admitted thatWestlifeare most excited about playing Wembley Stadium in London because it has been on their bucket list for years- and it is a place they have dreamed of performing in.
He said: "On the positive side, we have those concerts to look forward to next year. When they do happen they will be even more special now.
"Wembley is going to be a special night for Parkis the pinnacle for us as an Irish band, but to play Wembley Stadium is going to be bucket list stuff. It is something that we have always wanted to do."
He added: "As soon as we started to become a big band that was going to be the target. It is going to be a nostalgic night for everyone for lots of reasons."
