在aria2安装目录下点击start.vbs就可以启动aria2c.exe
但是在注册表中设置自启动，没有反应，这是为什么呢？
并且在C:\Users\Whyat\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup目录下，用管理员cmd运行脚本也没反应
