Solution 1:
Please install SAPscript Legacy Text Editor for 7.60, please check note 2221815 for the detail download path and reason.
File name is "SCRLTESP76000_0-80004481.EXE".
Solution 2:
Please use word Editor.
SE38->Rscpseteditor->Execute->Check both "SAPScript" and "Smart Forms".

我用SAPCAR解压后，只有一个文件夹，里面包含一个txt文档，没有其他文件了
