Thought I'd share with you guys a few photos from the always amazing Flare Party at the Royal Ontario Museum. I attended with my very grown-up little sister and got jealous while she tried the different cocktails. I was driving that night :(

The tunes were pumping and most of the Canadian names you can think of made their way to the dance floor! I know I'm sporting my thigh high boots for the second time this season... who can blame me they're killer!
You guys may wonder why I called this blog "A Cat Named Flare" well, when I was interviewed on the carpet etalk asked what my fav "Flare" memory was. And when it comes to the magazine, the only memory I have is READING IT! But I remembered that my mom had two cats when she was younger and named them after Cosmo and Flare magazines. :) I'm proud when I remember that stuff on the spot!
I meet up with Kalan Porter my old touring buddy and made tons of new friends including Nathan from The Midway State, Jay Strut who runs a fashion blog with the most clever name ever! SATISFASHION
Tosha from the band Candy Coated Killahz and Jesse Labelle who has helped me out me out in the Apple store may a time but is also a up and coming singer songwriter. And do you guys remember Tyler Kyte ? From Popular Mechanics for Kids?! Apparently my uncle is his dentist! haha small world!

So if you've been following my on twitbook than you know I've been taking on the CAMERA lately! And I've almost finished my second indie music video for the artist Leah Daniels! Here are some sneek peaks of me behind the camera!

`

`

Thanks to Metal F designs who hooked me up with a "director" shirt!

haha Leah's hiding in this pic! Because her grand reveal in the video is soon to come!
Wooooo!
