OK! OK! Slap on the wrist for me from you!
It's been a weird couple of weeks y'see....combination of work, me getting a bit ill, work again and general weird goings on and things...
Firstly, i have to say i am deeply saddened by the news about Stephen Gately! As you all know i have been a Boyzone fan since they began and i was lucky enough to know him, once my own career began. Last year i took my oldest friend Aimee to meet the Boyz in liverpool (she adored
Stephen) and she was so happy to finally meet him. (i posted the pic on Twitter) Stephen took time for people. He always made you feel like he was really interested in what you were up to etc. He was a good, good man! God, Saturday was such a sad day for so many people!!
All i can do is wish his family, my deepest empathy!
Well, we have alot to catch up on don't we.....
I have been hammering the studio recently....sometimes having two writing sessions a day!! And Murphy's law being what it is i got a cold in the middle of it all!! Had to have a bloody camera down my throat.....YUK!
But i'm all well now and happy as larry (i've heard he's one seriously happy fellla!) This time last week i was waiting for my liverpool girlies to come to London and join me for a weekend of Mayhem (which, did you know was one of the name we were thinking about before we got Atomic Kitten...Mayhem!) We went to the Pink Ribbon Ball and had a lovely time! They raised quite alot of dosh that night and i think i agreed to play for them next year (after the album being out then) I'm doing a little turn for another charity close to the heart of my boyfriend and a good friend of mine Emma. At the Babes in Arms charity ball on 29th October. That'll be fun playing for so many people i know...and i'm thinking most of the "Sisterhood" are gonna be right at the front either egging me on or winding me up.


I been popping into a few fabulouso parties over the past few weeks y'know too I went to the Vanity Fair launch for The London Restaurant Festival....oo la la...smashing! A couple of nights ago i was at the Virgin Money Giving Launch with Sir Richard Branson...Sadly i didn't get to say "Bonjour love!" to him i was a bit poorly so left early for my lovely bed. (but check out the website....it's a great thing to be a part of!) Last night i was at the fashion show of Roza (a new designer) who had their show with Tach ( fab jewellery) and it was sooooo elegant!! Based on 20's designs! It was jam packed though and some of those fashiony types are SCARY! ha! But i loved my dress...(thank you gorgeouscouture.com ) if you want to see it, apparently it'll be on http://snappylifestyle.blogspot.com/ ...Adrian writes about what people are wearing...what he's seen....Lovely guy!!
The Loose women birthday party was the other day and i got to catch up with lots and lots of really old friends there, it was mad! I have to say they had a rather good Take That inpersonation band one...after a few champers, you'd never know! ha!
And finally a couple of weeks ago i went to the happy birthday New Look do! I love those guys! Obviously Kimberly Walsh was there (she's the new face of New Look) looking gorgeous! But what i thought was so nice is that Carl (CEO of New Look) thanked me on stage for being such a great supporter of New Look! Lovely! Paloma Faith sang (she was class) and i did a catwalk on the reception desk of the New Look offices! Ha ha! ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ddl-onRJmHA) Then i went to say hello to a very lovely old chum Rav! Then we all drank alot! ooooo not good!


I went to one of the most beautifully done charity awards nights the other day. The Well child awards! Prince Harry was there and spoke so well to everyone with such genuine feeling that you would never know that was his first public speech ever!! I was asked to present an award with Duncan Balllatyne. Everyone who won on the night were just such inspirational people. Adults and Children! Thanks for letting me be a part of that guys! Really!
I had my tarot read the other day! It was a brilliant lady called Denise! Wow! The things she told me! Thank you Denise! I think i'll go back to them and keep you informed as to what happens.

I was on this morning all last week....that was fun to film...i had a laugh! I filmed for Market kitchen last week too which will be shown on 28th October where i nearly cut my hand open trying to do pumpkin carving! Jesus! Ohhhhhh and make sure you tune into The Gadget show on 26th October as there are some spooky goings on in Tamworth castle....basically in liverpool they'd call me "a sh*t 'ouse!" Which means my knees were knocking all frigging night! I swear i don't think i've been that reluctant to do ANYTHING in my life!!! Ha...you gotta see it!

I'm suuuurrrrre i've got more to tell you it's just i can't remember cos it's been so long......
