接了个工作shell转bat - bat吧

小弟在这有一个问题不太明白
shell是
ftp_file_count=`cat ${ftpTempFile} |wc -l`
这个命令是查看文档ftpTempFile 里的行数。
转成bat的话用什么方法能取出来文档里的行数呢
