1.补充下楼主这部分内容在,ContacReport632.同样在其中也提到,阳光充足上半身无遮挡晒15到25分钟差不多满足每天的75%—85%的维生素D的需求。
2.还有uvb灯代替晒太阳,理论上可行,看了(uvb灯该如何选择,多久更换以及一些冷知识)后,不推荐,市面便宜效果微乎其微,但好的uvb灯要0.5千,且要十几二十几厘米近距离照。好好晒太阳,吃补充剂及相关食物比较靠谱。
