2019年赛季末测试将在12月5-7日进行，为其三天且都为干地条件下进行。
随着Nyck de Vries和Nicholas Latifi确认离开F2。尽管ART已经宣布新秀马库斯·阿姆斯特朗（Marcus Armstrong）为第一位车手，但仍有第二个座位，克里斯蒂安·伦德加德（Christian Lundgaard）在接下来的三天中得到机会。
同时，DAMS今天确认了经验丰富的赛车手Sean Gelael和Daniel Ticktum的合作伙伴关系，他们将为阿布扎比车队进行测试。
将会有许多F3赛车手爬上初中方程式赛车进行测试，其中Yuki Tsunoda在Carlin有机会，而Pedro Piquet将会在Charouz Racing System中驾驶。Felipe Drugovich和Niko Kari还被MP Motorsport和Campos Racing进行了试驾。
