Many times you will find that when you are, at a point, where you’re ready to let go of belief systems that no longer work for you,
很多时候你会发现，当你正准备要放下「不再适合你的信念体系」的时候，
You will cry, you will have a release, an emotional release.
你会哭泣，你会有一种释放，一种心中情绪的释放。
Because you see any kind of a belief system that you incorporate within yourself, will create, because of your choice to have a physical experience, will create a chemical component that goes along with that particular belief.
因为你知道，任何一种「你自己已融入其中」的信念体系，都会(在你身体内)产生出——因为你们选择要来物质世界具体体验——与该特定信念相符的化学成分。
And so when you’re ready to let go of a certain belief,
所以当你准备好要释放掉某个信念时，
You actually have to wash that chemical constituents molecularly out of your body and you usually do it through tears.
你必须实际地将那化学成分从你的身体中洗涤出来，而你们通常是经由「流泪」来洗涤。

It is the release of old paradigms, the release of old definitions, of old beliefs. Remember, all of you, that when you buy into certain beliefs, you do create a chemical component in your body that is representative of that energetic belief system.
那是一种你们对「旧思维模式」的解放、对「老旧的定义和信念」的释放。
所有人，请切记，当你们深信于某些信念时，你们身体内的确会产生一种「代表充满该信念体系之能量」的化学成分。
So when you let go of the belief, you have to wash that chemical component out of your body. How do you more often than not do that? Through your tears.
