我是河南驻马店市的
最近老是出现手机明明开机，别人打过来时间却提示关机，但你往外打出时间一切正常！
最可气的是明明手机开机，信号满格，刚刚往外打还正常，却突然有短信提示：刚才关机期间有未接电话发D到106592266
同事好几个都不敢用133的号了
我还有几千预存话费，没法换号
不知别的地方有这种情况没？
