静强度计算中材料的重要性
金属材料以钢为例:
密度/弹性模量/泊松比,应力/应变曲线,金属无高低温情况
塑料材料存在高低温情况
材料参数的准确性,严格意义上来说直接能决定仿真的精度命脉
目前大一点的客户会针对于该车型做材料静态拉伸试验,甚至做高速拉伸试验。
很多数客户不会做材料相关试验,作为工程师怎么办呢,设计部门要求保证仿真精度驱动设计,下面是我们整理的100多种常见金属及塑料材料牌号的应力应变的abaqus材料输入,和大家分享,由于材料种类很多,贴吧数字限制,每种材料应力应变取6-8个点,至少能解决大家面临无材料情况下的燃眉之急,不会产生方向性错误。如有遇到材料的困难,需要某种很详细的材料曲线大家可联系:[email protected]
