Leighton Meester, Chace Crawford and Ed Westwick all took home surfboard awards at Fox's "Teen Choice 2009" awards show. "I might have won cause of my mom and grandma. ... So thanks mom," Chace tells "The Insider" of his win for Choice TV Actor, decided upon by voters.
