在这篇博文里，James先谈了对Piers这一季名人学徒的观后感，然后又写了自己参加学徒时的经历，最后写了自己的理想~很有激情~值得一读！

当然，不管怎样，这是Trump的SHOW，他决定他想要的是什么人。看Trace和Piers在他们最后任务中的表现就像是在看两种不同的人生态度。Piers狡猾，机智，很有竞争力。Trace有依赖性（原文layback），很可爱，同样也很有竞争力。我要说看完了这场秀之后，我成了Trace Adins的BIG FAN。以前我根本不听乡村音乐，而现在我想要去买他的专辑，想要有更多的接触（原文Kudos to Trace for gaining extra exposure）。从没见过一个像他这么好的人了。好，现在回归正题。Piers真正掌控了最后一个任务而且他成功了！他成功的使Simon Cowell在拍卖中开出了$100K的价码，这一点无可否认。Piers的人脉之广是我前所未见的。Trace在全程中也一直让Back Street Boys心情很好...欢呼！（原文wheat grass! Piers采取了一个有趣的战术。他想要通过拍卖而不是售票而募集更多的钱。我认为这想法真棒！他知道把门票发出去会让更多的人有机会参与到拍卖中来...特别是那些部队里的士兵。这确实为高价的拍出创造了一个十分合适的氛围。同时，Trace把注意力集中在了他所熟悉的表演和音乐部分。一句话，他们两个通力合作把这个任务完成的十分出色。我个人可能会更想看到两种不同的events，但是他们都做到了。（原文I personally would have rather seen two different events, but it all worked out.）


现在，回到一开始我说的，我感到vindicated的原因...在我自己最后一场比赛时，Trump因为“我曾说了一些他不喜欢的言辞”这个含糊的理由将我Fire掉了。我可以百分之百的向你保证，我从来没有说过那样的话。事实上，即便我确实说过一些Trump不喜欢的话，那也绝不应成为Fire掉一个Final选手的理由...看看Piers，我可以告诉你他说了很多很多Trump可能不喜欢听的话。但是最终他赢了，因为他做出了成绩。回顾我的最后一场比赛，我保持着胜方PROJECT MANAGER的记录，而我的对手Stefanie从来没有做过一次Project Manager。在我做Project Manager的一场任务中，我们队取得了本赛季所有比赛中胜方与败方差距最大(原文magin)的一场胜利...就像Piers一样。Stefanie和我有着相同的获胜记录...但是作Project Manager的人是我。在《学徒》的历史上从来就没有一个最终的获胜者一次也没有做过Progect Manager的呢。我也取得了和Piers一样的成绩...但是，我仍然被Fire掉了。所以，看到Piers赢让我有一种翻身了（vidicated)的感觉。我可能更喜欢Trace这样的人，但是，我坚定的相信，Piers才是应该获胜的那一个。

Anyways, this is Trump's show and he gets to do what he wants.   Watching Trace and Piers in their final task was like watching two different spirits of life. Piers is cunning, witty, and very competitive. Trace is laid back, extremely likeable, and also competitive. I have to say that I'm a big fan of Trace Adkins after watching this show. I don't even listen to country music, but I now want to buy his music. Kudos to Trace for gaining extra exposure. It couldn't have happened to a nicer person. Okay, back to point. Piers took the final task by the horn and really got RESULTS! There is no denying the results that he achieved from creating the auction items to getting Simon Cowell to bid $100K for an item. Piers has the rolodex like I've never seen. Trace also did a great job keeping the Back Street Boys happy....wheat grass! Hilarious!
Piers took an interesting strategy. He wanted to raise more money through the auction than the ticket sales. I think this was a great strategy! He knew giving away tickets would allow more people to attend....especially the soldiers from the Army. This really created the right environment for people to bid high...knowing it was going to a good cause. Trace focused on the area that he was most comfortable with....the performance and music portion. All in all, both did a great job of working together. I personally would have rather seen two different events, but it all worked out.
In the final boardroom, I thought Piers was perfect. The boardroom almost started out like the Trump family wanted Trace to win. The line of questions to Piers seemed like they were trying to trap Piers into being the bad guy. Piers handled this perfectly. He continued to focus on the results that he achieved and his record as project manager. He did not let the "bad guy" questions affect him. He even conceded that America probably wanted Trace to win, but he put Trump in a corner. Piers focused on the fact that Trump did not get where he is by being a nice guy. Based on the results, I firmly believe Piers should have won. Would it have been a great ending for Trace to win? Yes, the story would have ended with a happy ending, but that's not what it's about.

以前我就发帖子 质疑这一个season的最后结局。。。
没想到James和我一样质疑。
我想，对手是个女性和自己本身属于亚裔是最主要的两个因素。
真的，James在那个season已经做到了最好，很可惜。

Piers的能力和人脉决定了他是这个游戏的冠军，适者生存！



说真的从james第一次当经理完成后召集大家吃早饭时说不管结果怎样都不会找人去会议室时Stefanie说他是提前告别我就觉得他信心不足当然后来他很不错但第一印象已经无法改变要是我是Trump在james和Stefanie之间选择我也选虽然没担任经理但表现稳定、沉稳、有十分自信的Stefanie
