Can UO2 be turned into PuO2 directly?
If yes, Can UO3 be turned into PuO3 directly?
請問Helium 可不可以被ionize，得出alpha粒子？如可以，使用高電壓電弧(60kV)可做出此效果？

另一方面，compound中非反應物質例如UO2中的O2會不会減低中子吸收截面？反應過程中O2會做什么？
關於neutron source, 若電離helium 產生alpha打beryllium emit neutron的方法不可行，有什么其他方法可以做到？手頭只有微量氚氣做不到fusion reactor.
如有一個小型neutron source, 要整多些 Pu239 from U238，是否用breeder reactor更好？可減低對neutron source嘅要求
