用了这个4 比2还要省码率 当然瑕疵也变多了 这个边缘信息自适应什么鬼？
另外这个HME增加运动估计的4K以下是不是不用打开。。。

aq4 =aq2+高锐度线条加强。
aq后的一些暗部色块及色带不平滑的问题，其实是和--cutree有很大关系。默认开启aq后 --cutree 是启用的，能大幅降低aq后的码率。副作用就是在某些场景会有一些下瑕疵。用--no-cutree可以关闭，同时可以适当减小--aq-strength缓解激增的码率，或同时尝试开启--aq-motion（没测试过）降低码率。
