应该是非正常关机导致的问题，
不明白的是，提示找不到 buntu 64 位.vmdk ，
实际上文件名应该是 Ubuntu 64 位.vmdk，不知为何他提示的文件名不对，
手动选择了文件还是提示找不到 提示找不到 buntu 64 位.vmdk

打开虚拟机设置，首先移除当前虚拟机硬盘，再添加虚拟机硬盘，scsi接口，再选择添加现有虚拟机硬盘文件，指向到ubuntu 64位.vmdk文件。
不过这样做会引起之前的快照内容丢失，但至少还能用。
估计第二个快照文件可能破损了，引发了这个问题。
