一楼防抽

Last weekend on July 4th, we ventured out in our van and trailer to Newton, Kansas. So yes, we thought we were gonna miss all the fireworks but instead we got to see them all over the place! From about 10pm-midnight every lil town we drove through had lights illuminating the sky. It was quite beautiful. So thank you, Missouri and Kansas, for the fireworks!

We also drove though some pretty gnarly weather and at one point thought we saw a tornado forming in the Kansas sky. Cliche, I know but… it turned out to just be some crazy clouds. And there were some beautiful ones:

We had a great show on Sunday in Newton. You small towns really know how to rock! We had a locker room to change in so decided to do some impromtu photo shoot time. I guess you can find things to pass the time… 
Today we are off to Wisconsin to play the festival that started it all for Superchick - Lifest. We have another long van ride ahead of us, but we know it will be well worth it when we see the usual rocking crowd at our stage tomorrow night. I’m gonna take some pictures, so maybe you will be able to spot yourself!

2hey you guys were great in Newton! it was my first concert i’ve seen with you guys. i have been waiting for soooooo long! you guys have really helped me alot in the past year or so. your song “Stand in the Rain” i listen to all the time when im having my “breakdowns” =] thank you so much. anyways. i have some great pictures. i need to edit them before i post them, because i need to get rid of blurs, and brighten them. thanks for coming! you guys were amazing!

4Hey, hey! I have got to ask you - did you guys stop at Panera Bread in Delafield, WI on Thursday on your way up to Lifest?!? A girl from our church thought she saw you there & sent me a text right away to tell me! ( She knows how much I love you guys! I took her with us to one of your concerts a couple years ago when you played at a church in Waukesha, WI! )So anyway - I’m dying to find out if it was you for sure or not! Wish I could’ve gone to Lifest this year - hope it was amazing! God bless & keep “rocking what you got!”
