设置一个WebClient，在shouldOverrideUrlLoading里面判断协议是不是WebView支持的http/https这些，不是就用Intent跳转（action用android.intent.action.VIEW，data里面填写即将加载的链接），然后阻止WebView加载这个链接（return true消费掉事件）
